I bought a pair for a media center PC, replacing the ones that came with the case to get speed monitoring. These are rated at 26.5 cfm @ 30dBA, but are noticeably noisier than the stock ones. But they move a LOT more air, a great thing in a compact case with a full-blown 3.0E Preston.
