Pros: These work as expected, and are a snap to install. The extender's are labeled Local Unit and Remote Unit clearly, and the Local Unit allows you to attach a regular monitor so you can actually see what is being seen at your remote locations.
Cons: The only thing limiting this from a 5 egg rating is that these do not come with the required Male to Female cable, which I only found out when I tried to get it working. The "Video In" is a Male connector, while a general VGA cable is Male to Male! I was in a rush, so I had to pay $30 at my local store to get the Male to Female cable.

VGA cables in general extend 100ft before they begin detiororating at a noticeable level, but i'd hate to run a single-purpose VGA cable over an extended area and through rafters.

We bought one of these to use at our church. We had previously bought another unit from a different manufacturer. This one was 1/3 the cost and has more flexibility with the exact same picture quality and longer range. It is a great product and a tremendous bargain. I highly recommend it!
