• Microcad Computer Corp. (MCC) does not offer password recovery, only reset.
• Disabled accounts can only be enabled by an authorized Microcad employee. If your account is disabled, please call (519) 661-0355 or 1(800)948-3572 for further assistance
• The e-mail address supplied MUST MATCH the corresponding customer number information
• Once submitted and validated, the new password will be e-mailed to the address specified
