Pros: Received the 1GB DDR module for the Inspirion 700m quickly as they drop-shipped it.
Cons: Installed it quickly to replace 256MB module, and tried to boot the computer. Nothing held in memory.
Process to get RMA for return was a bit convoluted at first, but eventually quick to get.
