Pros: Have owned 9 months. Small construction company office running 4 VOIP phones, 3 always on PCs, 5 network printers, and various and sundry wireless clients that come and go. No problems. Have never had to reboot. I forget they are there. I like having 24 ports spread over 3 machines, in case of a breakdown in one. It's nice to run the business and forget about the network.
I'm about to wire another office that will have collaborative video editing, so going to look for one just like this with gigabit speed.Cons: Wall mount holes in chassis would have been nice. Had to mount on little shelves in phone closet.Have owned 9 months. I got this to power up two Panasonic BB-HCM511A cams and it works great! There's not a whole lot to say about this switch as you simply plug it in, hook up your network, and plug in your cams. I'm only using two POE ports and so far so good.
