    I downloaded photos onto them and I was able to view them afterwards. That did the job I got them for. Things I would like to add: Individual sleeves for each CD. A way to write on the CD with a ball point pen and not have to use a stinky Sharpie.

    Cons: I bought these for use in a high speed duplicator that makes 8 copies at once. However, no matter how many discs I am making, it will only copy to one at a time. I contacted the duplicator manufacturer, and they said there have been issues with the Verbatim disks in high speed duplicators.
    If you are not using these CD-R's in a high speed duplicator, they should work fine for you. I bought these for use in a high speed duplicator that makes 8 copies at once.     Not a whole lot to tell here the container is nice.
    I cut carefully about 1" up around the containers label which over laps the bottom to seal the unit and put tape around it so I still had the type of discs and MFG info. Instead of ripping the whole thing off and not having anything but a clear holder.

I use them for portable music after my MP3 player was lifted from my gym. A burned CD gets taken, ehh, an inconvenience but not a huge loss. My MP3 player still ticks me off though.

I have never had so many failed attempts at burning as this time. Sometimes the burning will break half way through, other times there will be unreadable sectors when verifying the burned media afterwards. Eitherway, this product is a big waste of money.

    Perhaps it is pointless even reviewing these things, as I have yet to get a defective disk from any manufacturer. Suffice it to say that these CD-Rs work as well as any others I have bought, plus they came in a cake box that can be reused when the CDs are gone.
    By the way, if you want to mitigate the trash problem associated with CDs, there are now a bunch of programs that can take them off your hands with little inconvenience. Check the link below, and/or Google "cd recycling." Disposal options abound--help the Earth.

    Well, I just got my spindle and these are made by Prodisc, which is a 3rd rate maker behind even the 2nd rate CMC Mag that Verbatim was already using. Just glad I didn't pay full price on these, but had I known, I would have just picked up a spindle of cheap Memorex for garbage burns. Memorex uses Prodisc which should tell you enough about where Verbatim is heading just to cut costs.
