I got this to replace the dead battery and hated to have to replace the whole unit. My only complaint is that I could not find a place to properly dispose of the battery. It would be great if the company would provide a way to return the old battery.

Pros: Works fine. APC brandCons: Doesn't include return label anymore. Without that for an easy recycling option, there's much less incentive for me to stick with brand name.Works fine. Pros: Just what the ad says, a battery for a APC UPS...Cons: None, other than it is a bit expensive for a battery, but I also understand that this is a better battery than the "compatables"...Just what the ad says, a battery for a APC UPS... I did some reading, you can find this cheaper elsewhere, but the actual battery cells are not designed for UPS use, and you won't get as long out of them. My last battery set lasted almost 5 years, I figured that was not bad, considering batteries just don't last that long when used like this.

Bought this to replace another replacement APC battery that died just over a year and was just out of warranty. The original lasted 4.5 years the replacement barely 13 months. Quality is getting worse.

As a die hard APC user what can I say about replacement batteries. All I can say is use original APC batteries. I have heard stories of non-APC batteries leaking. Why risk early failure when the real thing cost about the same when you consider Free Shipping.

I have tried several generic alternatives to this battery. I have always been disappointed. This APC battery has reliably provided years of backup. Save money elsewhere, not on your power backup.

TO EASY....if you need to recharge you UPS this is the way to go. Arrive in 2 day. Just slap it in and your ready to go. You can t beat this for the price. Returned old one in box received with the postage paid. Great for recyling. Its keep going, going and going. I ll be replacing more as they go down. Got 5 years out of the last one.
