Pros: Price is right, doesn't feel chintzy, and looks as if it will last a good long time under normal use.
    Cons: None.
Price is right, doesn't feel chintzy, and looks as if it will last a good long time under normal use. None. Using it on an ASUS 1005HA netbook. Notice a slight reduction in speaker output when you use two headphones, but thats to be expected.

Pros: Works as advertised without volume reduction.
Cons: None that are worth reducing my rating. See Other thoughts.
Works as advertised without volume reduction. None that are worth reducing my rating. See Other thoughts. I wanted to see if I could use this to combine audio rather than split it. (2 inputs, 1 output) It works, but the volumes of the inputs are considerably reduced. Still, I can't complain since it wasn't meant to do that.

Pros: Does exactly what it should. It splits the sound, but in more ways than you might think. The main jack doesn't just have to be used for the sound input. Actually, all 3 can be used for sound input, but obviously only the two output cords can be used for outputting the sound. My current setup has the input chat into my computer speakers. One output jack connects to a cable that goes into the headphone jack of my stereo system next to me. Than the last output cord goes to my headset that I wear. Through this system, I can hear both my computer speakers and my radio both through my headset. I love this setup.
Cons: Sound output is reduced slightly in most cases when the sound has to be split between two output or two input sources. This problem though is easily fixed by modifying the sound output. of one or both sources. Read more in my other thoughts below.

Pros: Great Product, works great on the computer. I use it for Video Editing/Digital Compositing and it works fantastic with two headphones hooked up.
Cons: A little bit hard to plug head phones into the jacks, but maybe they did that so you don't pull it out.
