It works as intended. Packaging was a bear. Pulling the sticks out of the plastic made me a bit nervous as they were secured almost too well.. I installed this RAM into an Early 2011 Macbook Pro 17. No stress tests have been run on the MBP since install, yet it plays WoW and runs Lightroom without issue.

Works, good price, compatibility is spot on. None I couldn't fathom spending over $250 over the stock configuration on my new 2011 MacBook Pro, so I decided to look elsewhere. The speed rating and latency on these match up the stock memory, so I made the purchase. Works perfectly right out of the box (well plastic in this case).

Large Capacity (for a laptop) Fast speed None that I've encountered at all. I can be techno-stupid at times, and I've heard that you have to tinker in the BIOS to get these to work. However I just shoved them in and my computer farted rainbows. Excellent addition to my laptop, and I will be getting one more 4GB module as I have 3 slots.

Pros: 8GB of great quality DDR3-1333. Replaced the 2GB of DDR3-1066 that came with my ThinkPad T410. Passed an overnight session of memtest86+ without a problem.
I'm running Linux, so now I can afford to throw a lot of memory at my VMware machines. :)
Cons: Price dropped a bit in the weeks after my purchase. That's a pro for the rest of you, though.

You had a bluescreen? Did you run a memtest?

Cons: When I installed this in my laptop, I had chronic problems with freezing and blue screens. I had better luck with one stick at a time but when both were installed, the problem was definitely obvious.
