Pros: Battery already included; No software needed; Plug and Play; Strong wireless signal; CompactGreat product and ready to use right out of the box. Comfortable ergonomic feel in your hand with simple controls for forward, reverse, laser pointer, presentation and computer mode. Sliding on/off switch on the side of the device prevents accidental battery drain. Wireless transmitter plugs easily into USB port with no software required and stores neatly in the control handle when not in use.

Ann the Costume Hist says:
This is a nifty little device for remote presenting. The USB slips into the body for storage and it all goes into a nice little carrying case and the whole unit is compact. Installation with Windows 7 was error-free. Haven't used it yet, just tested it, but think it will be great for my next presentation. Oh, and it has a laser pointer built in.

Anders says:
To the computer, the presenter simply looks like a USB keyboard, pressing the presenter's keys is the same like hitting F5 (start presentation), dot (blank screen), Page up/Page down (previous/next slide). The key bindings do work in Microsoft Powerpoint and Openoffice, PageUp/PageDown also works in about any other software (e.g. Acrobat Reader) as well. As a "USB keyboard", the device works in about any operating system - tested on Mac OS X and Linux. There are just two things I'd like to change: due to the way one is required to hold the protective case when putting the presenter into it,the on/off-slider may occasionally end up in the "on" position. So maybe it's a better idea to reverse the on/off-position on the presenter. The other thing to change is something I didn't need to do yet, but its possibility still leaves kind of bad feeling: when presenter and USB dongle don't recognize each other, they do require a special Windows sync software to sync each other. This issue isn't written in the paper manual and may only be found on the website by browsing for support. Adding a single button to the USB dongle should do the trick to get this piece of hardware completely platform-independent.

Prof says:
Pros: Durable; LightweightEasy to use, easy to set up. Works on all PCs and Macs that I have in the office and at home office. Smaller than I expected based on Web photos, but not a problem.I especially like the blackout feature that turns the projection screen dark. That's useful when you want the audience to have its attention on you, not the screen.

LINKEN says:
Pros: Well Engineered; Simple to Operate; Easily Viewed; LightweightCons: NoneFinally got around to replace the old laser pen pointer I'd had for years. This frees me to 'work the room', advancing or going back to slides with a click. Its small size allows me to carry in a shirt pocket, when lugging other accessories into a conference room. Really like how the USB component is stored within the Presenter... nothing to forget as long as you remember to put it back for storage.

Pros: It is small, and it didn't need a disk to install it. I Pulled it out of one laptop, and put it into another laptop during our presentation today, and it just kept on working like a charm. I did not have to directly face the USB receiver, on the laptop, with the handheld unit. I did not go beyond 20 feet from my laptop, but I was walking around.Cons: It worked well, but it didn't work at a rapid-fire pace, so I slowed down to a comfortable pace.It is small, and it didn't need a disk to install it.
