Solid construction, almost entirely metal (plastic parts include pieces such as the cable holder, screw knobs, etc), endlessly adjustable (vertical, horizontal, screen tilt, etc) and steady as a rock Can be difficult to attach monitors without an extra set of hands. Regarding the vertical adjustment: As some have said, it could be higher, but I found the height to be perfect near the upper end of range (which is probably true for most people). I'd imagine they thought that satisfying the relatively few people who needed their screens higher wasn't worth the majority of their customers having excess pipe sticking out above their monitors.
Maybe their next generation of this stand will include an optional extention.

I have a 19 inch wide screen and 22 inch wide screen monitor on this. It took me about 10 minutes to assemble, and I had NO problems putting it together. It weighs about 5 pounds without the monitors. I do recommend laying the monitors flat, installing the plates on the back, then laying the stand down over them to add the monitors. Get a second person to help you stand them up - they're bulky once they're on the stand.
They adjust easily for side to side - vertical adjustment is a bit trickier as you have to adjust the ring around the column first, and then each of the arms. It's a safety thing, but once you have this where you want it you'll probably never need to adjust it again.
This item does ship from the manufacturer directly, but I did receive it within the next business day promise.

I was so excited to put my new 24 inch viewsonics on it that i didn't read the instructions and put the silver ring in the wrong spot. i also tried to mount it backwards. Take your time and read the instructions and this stand will work great. Looks awesome, almost like my monitors are floating. I had no idea how huge 24" actually is. This is the ultimate stand for anyone who wants and awesome looking desk with dual monitor set up. Now during gaming i can display temps, cpu usage and other hardware stats on the right monitor while gaming in supper high hd on the left. for games that support dual monitor this setup even looks more boss. (then i need to rely on my g19 for hardware stats)

I'm using this to hold two Acer P235H monitors, each of which have particular viewing sweet spots. If you dont' get the viewing angles just right, the image degrades. That said, it was easy to position both these monitors on this stand so that I get a great vewing angle on each screen.

Solid construction, highly adjustable, clean look The tension spring that controls tilt adjustment doesn't handle heavy monitors. Should include a tilt lock. I purchased this stand to use with 2 Samsung T240HD wide screen 24" monitors. These monitors require a vesa adapter on the back which mounts the monitor a little further out from the back and as a result increases the leverage on the mount pivots. Unfortunately that leverage combined with the heavy monitors simply overwhelms the spring that controls tilt and as a result the monitors would simply tilt down all the way. I had to disassemble the tilt pivot assembly and drill in new stop screws at the level point to make it work for me. I can't fault the stand too much as this is a result of having to use adapters, but I question how stable the tilt would be even with direct vesa mounts for these screens. Having a screw mechanism to control/lock the tilt would be superior to the spring in my opinion.

There is also quite a bit of room for adjustment for depth (distance from face with stand stationary). The engineers put a good bit of thought into making assembly and adjustment as easy as possible.
