Paul says:
The hinged wall mount bracket was as described. Why I rated it a 1 was that there was not enough mounting hardware shipped for the 2U bracket. There should be a total of eight mounting nuts and eight mounting screws, with an allen wrench. I received three nuts and four screws, rendering the bracket useless for 1U.
