    Cons: The INF files both shipped and from the manufacturers site are invalid and will not install. Tested this on 2 XP and an XP-MCE system thinking the OS may have had a problem, which turned out not to be the case.

I contacted technical support from StarTech about this and did get a quick reply - however they stated this was windows limitation - which is simply not correct.
