Overall, I feel it should do the job for which it was purchased.

Pros: It's a surge protector. The layout is effective (4 wall warts and 4 standard plugs spaced in an excellent way), the phone line protection is a welcome extra, and the recessed power button is a nice touch. Also a perfectly acceptable price, for what you're getting.Cons: As others noted, it doesn't have RJ-45 (ethernet) surge protection. It doesn't say it does, so there's no egg off, but it would have been just that much better with it.It's a surge protector. Eight foot power cord is a real plus. Allows for use in areas where outlets are few and far between. Transformer outlets are just what we needed.

Would be nice if it had RJ-45 and BNC/Coax instead of RJ-11 protection but for $20 im not complaining APC is an amazing company who stands behind their products with amazing insurance for your devices. If they are willing to put that kind of trust in their products i most certainly will continue to use them exclusively for surge suppressors and UPS units.

Pros: I've purchased a few of these surge protectors. The three big "pros" are: Its APC, I've never had too big a plug because there is so much space, and the power button is simi-recessed. It is nice because if your surge strip is under your desk at your feet, it is not as likely you are going to hit the switch by accident.Cons: None that I know of.
