After a few hours one channel began to intermittently loose video. Had to RMA. Will see if the new one works better. I hate having to wait for an RMA'd product. Takes 2-3 weeks from the time I ship it back to the time I get a new one. Will start looking at retail store first from now on.

Pros: Works as advertised. Love the pushbutton remote to switch. I use with a 24" display running 1920x1200. The two boxes I switch are Ubuntu 10.10 and Windows XP laptop in a docking station.Cons: Wish it switched a little faster, it takes usually 1 second. You do need to have a USB mouse and keyboard, no ps2 jacks are on the device.
