So far so good, works as advertised. A bit wider than usual, but it's thin and the plastic feels robust.

For some reason, the power strip shut off, never to come back on again. Luckily, nothing was damaged. The sockets are well spaced and oriented so that most AC-adapter units hang off the side and thus don't block the other sockets. Phone and coax ports are out of the way of power cables.Cons: The plastic cable-management guide at the end can get in the way, especially if you're plugging and unplugging frequently. I would recommend this product to anyone seeking a well built surge protector. The spacing between the outlets is ideal for hooking up any type of cord and works well with all of the computers in my house. We have had several electrical storms and have lost 2-3 appliances due to this fact - EXCEPT the items hooked up to the Belkin! Love it!

Pros: Actually, the only way to tell if this is a great product is for it to take a huge voltage spike and not have any of the electronics attached to it be damaged. So basically, I am trusting that it will take the full surge of 3800 or so Joules of energy without passing any of it on to my equipment. I obviously will not try to test it out with a spike myself.
