This kit fits the bill exactly.I have run many memory test programs to stress test the memory, and none show any problem.I don't know what the purpose of the white label that is placed on top of the memory chips. From the picture, it looks like a memory heatsink. But when I touch it, it doesn't feel like metal. It feels like a thin piece of label. I leave it there.
