This UPS has been fantastic, no problems what so ever. Plugged it in and it has been running fine since day one. I did not experience any annoying out-gassing smells like some folks reported in other reviews. I have three brands of UPS units and this one has been the best, sturdy construction, nice outlet layout, good quality cordset.

Second CyberPower UPS I've gotten, this one for a new LCD tv, the other the 600 watt one used for my computer system. Both have worked fine so far. I live in a rural area where brown-outs, surges and lightning strikes are common. Been on my computer a couple of times now when we've had a power outage for a few seconds that before would have caused the computer to reboot, and then be incredibly slow for hours as the hard drive was checked for errors. Computer and monitor didn't even hiccup with the UPS. A lot of piece of mind I didn't have before.
