Pros: What can I say, it just works, There is about 12 different devices connected to it gobbling up bandwidth and we still have a nice solid network. Part of this is probably due to using smoothwall as our router. but this is indeed a fantastic switch.Cons: none, and I have had this switch for over 2 years. What can I say, it just works, There is about 12 different devices connected to it gobbling up bandwidth and we still have a nice solid network. Pros: I just got this and hooked it up, I replaces the tired little 5 port linksys I had. This has a real AC port and an internal power supply. No wall wart needed. Just a standard power cable. It's rack mountable, and while I am not using it in a rack. I am using the supplied metal rack mount horns to hang it from a ceiling rafter in my basement. I just attached the horns 90 degrees off facing up with the supplied screws, and drilled some wood screws in to hold it up. Looks really slick.Auto MDI rocks, no more uplink port.Cons: None yet, and hopefully noneI just got this and hooked it up, I replaces the tired little 5 port linksys I had.
