I purchased this riser for my 27 inch monitor. The measurements for the base fit, and the price was right, so I figured what did I have to loose. Also, as a corner unit, this riser fits nicely in the corner of my desk. It is sturdy. The 'adjustable' height feature was adding feet to the unit. I found that the height of the unit itself was perfect for me along with my 27 inch monitor so I haven't added the feet.This has been perfect for my situation.

I looked at over 20 different risers before finding one that met my needs. I'm tall, so my seat position is higher than most people. This forces me to have to raise my monitor height to keep the monitor at a parallel height with my eyes to avoid neck strain. This product can handle a heavy HD monitor. Mine is a 21" and it's quite heavy. It hasn't sagged at all since I purchased it earlier this year. And it's not flashy and doesn't draw attention to itself which is perfect for me.

I'm 5'9" and replacing the desk isn't feasible at this time. I already had one riser for my monitor which raised it about 4in. That just wasn't enough height for comfortable viewing. The Fellowes riser fits perfectly on top of the old riser without taking up any of the storage space. I love the fact that it's adjustable and lightweight.
