Pros: -Easy to mount
-Relatively high level of security (I don't think 'Joe the Thief' could pull this one off).
-Sturdy, once mounted to studs.Cons: -Sits a little further from the wall than expected (especially with an LCD vs. LED).-Easy to mount

-Sturdy, once mounted to studs. -Sits a little further from the wall than expected (especially with an LCD vs. LED). Great mount! Plenty of hardware included to make the job simple. Carriage bolts for bolting into the studs are perfect. If you can figure it out... you can use a little adjustability in the brackets at the back of the TV to complensate for any 'out of perfect' leveling issues. OKay, so I didn't quite get the bracket perfectly level and I had to improvise ;-). But it works great and I'm glad I got it!

Pros: Does exactly what it is suppose to do, Holds my large 47" LCD flat panel TV on the Wall. Only minor fanageling required to hide all the cables and connections.Cons: NoneDoes exactly what it is suppose to do, Holds my large 47" LCD flat panel TV on the Wall. Only minor fanageling required to hide all the cables and connections. None I would suggest a slightly better designed cable management system, one that does not require modification of the back plate.

I mounted my 50 quot; 74lbs Plasma (Samsung PN50B550). It comes with a variety of screws to mount the bracket to the TV. The screws that go into the studs worked well too. Mounting was easy except for screwing the set screws once the TV is mounted. A long Allen wrench is provided but it is still some-what difficult to get the wrench into the screws. The bracket allows you to slide the TV back and forth so you can position it on the well were you want it. It s relatively low profile and the TV only sits a couple inches off the wall.

If you are looking for a fixed mount without all the bells and whistles, this is the one you should get. No fancy features, just what you d expect this equipment to be, a hassle-free mount. Unless your studs are more than three feet apart, this mount gives you a decent amount of leeway in terms of screw spacing. The folks at Peerless was thoughtful enough to supply us with a long hex key for securing the flat screen without trying to squeeze in a tight space.
