Pros: Adjustable height on clip or reverse tab to avoid capacitors.
Comes with small pouch of thermal grease.
    Quiet.
    Cons: No instructions.
Thermal grease not labeled well. I first thought it was a moisture packet.

Thermal grease not labeled well. I first thought it was a moisture packet. I was happy that it came with thermal grease and that I could flip the tab lock around. No issues on the first computer but my second one had the capacitor right in the way for where you pushed down on the lock. Also, I bought two of these and there was enough grease in one pouch for more than ten computers.

Pros: More than adequate heat sink, inexpensive, included thermal paste (good enough for a Celeron).
Cons: A little louder than I expected, but nothing unbearable.
