Fit the bill perfectly. I needed to install a 3.5 card reader into a 5 drive opening and this was a quick inexpensive way to go. Easy installation an no problems lining up all the screw holes.

Note* As I recall these brackets used to be made of metal with a plastic faceplate. Now even the carrier is plastic. Therefore, only 4 Stars. Can't complain for the price though.
