Pros: Comes with simple instructions. Can be rack mounted (or cut it in half like I did so now I have 2x8 socket patch panels, one for each router). Solid construction/heavy metal. It doesn't look any different from a CAT5 panel, so I don't know if it performs any better, but it's good all-around and the price is fair.
