Description
Ultra-high efficiency ECO Series UPS System saves energy by automatically powering off unused computer accessories when computer is not in use. UPS system uses less electricity than conventional models. Eco energy saver outlets automatically turn off idle peripherals when your computer is turned off or in standby mode. USB port works with unattended shutdown software and includes HID-compliant USB port, single-line telephone/DSL line surge suppression, space saving right-angle input plug and surge-only outlets. Pros: 6 outlets each of battery and surge protectionCons: It can't handle 6 things on battery backup - it recycles all 6!!!I was suprised when I turned on my projector only to have the computer and monitors reboot from loss of power. In trying to report this to their technical services department, I was overwhelmed with having to know the wattage or amperage of each piece of equipment? Seems to me their technical experts could help a customer with that kind of needed information. Now, I'm left with having to turn off my computer equipment before turning on the TV, and I have no sence of security if this thing is providing any battery backup!
