They are lower priced - but also low quality. Sorry Tripp-Lite, but this is the second time I've been burned by your products.
Cons: I'm a systems administrator at a company and we have many UPS's running. This came as a "freebie" with a big computer order I placed.
It worked until the first storm came through. All of the APC units held up and worked fine - even on the same circuit. This one dropped out and is fried. Does not work anymore. Will not even pass power.
