I work at the periphery of photography in terms of how I post-process. This pen, along with the extra-large WACOM tablet, gives me great flexibility in my work flow. I work in Nikon's Capture NX2, which, sadly, does not take full advantage of the pen, and in Adobe CS5, which, happily, does. The combination allows the creative juices to flow. The pen is comfortable to hold and easy to use...though the eye-hand coordination apparently is difficult to learn for some - this is more an issue of the tablet functionality than of the pen.

I use this mostly for my work in Photoshop. I love the responsiveness of this pen and it's sensitivity to my pressure. Painting in photoshop has become so easy with this tool.
